FAQ's

Can I fish in the river?

Yes. A standard NSW fishing licence and rules/regulations will be required. Please ensure you remove all rubbish when you leave. Please do not clean fish inside the camp kitchen, nor on the deck outside.

Can I water ski/take my boat into the river?

Yes. There is a boat ramp just across the river from the park to launch your boats. Please follow the RMS waterways rules and regulations at all times.

Is there a boat ramp in the park?

No, but there is one directly across the river from us. Easily accessible by road.

Can I moor my boat?

Please see the RMS for information regarding mooring your boat in the river.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes we are! Please view our Pet rules and conditions of entry to make sure you, your furbaby and the other guests have a harmonious stay.

Where can we ride bikes, scooters etc?

Bikes and scooters are to be used on the roads only. No skateboard (including motorised) or Ripsticks are permitted in the park.  A no helmet no ride rule is enforceable in the park. Footpaths, ramps and stairs are for pedestrians only. Please be considerate of other visitors.

Can we make group bookings?

Yes, please contact reception on 02 4987 9281 for further information.

Can we have a bucks/hens/schoolies party?

No, large groups/parties are unable to be accommodated at the resort.

Is there a lifeguard at the pool?

No, there is no lifeguard at the pool. All children 14 & under must be supervised by a responsible carer (aged 18 or over) at all times in the park, especially in the pool.

Do you have BBQ facilities in the park?

Yes, we have a specialised BBQ area near the amenities building as well as a BBQ in the camp kitchen.

Do you allow day visitors?

Yes, please ensure all visitors register at the front office.  A day fee applies.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes, we have a fully accessible cabin available as well as an accessible ensuite in the amenities block. All facilities (ie. camp kitchen, amenities block and games room) are all accessible via ramps.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

Yes, we have a fully appointed kitchen with 2 large gas cooktops and two large ovens - which we only ask that you please clean up any spills- our cleaners will be most grateful for! We have microwave ovens, kettles and toasters and a fridge and freezer.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes we do. We have 3 commercial washing machines and 3 commercial dryers. Washing is $4 per load and the dryers are $4 per cycle. No pet bedding or motorbike clothing is to be washed in these machines.

What is check in and check out time?

Check in time for the cabins and ensuite sites is 2pm. For the rest of the sites it is 12pm. Check out time is 10am for all accommodations.

Can I have an early check in/ late check out?

Any variation to check in/ out times is based on availability, please enquire directly with reception to organise.

Can I have my generator?

As all of our sites are powered, generators are not to be used in the park.

Are there shops close by?

We have a local butcher shop, bakery, cafes, newsagency, IGA, pharmacy, hairdressers, post office, bowling club and hotel all in walking distance. The local golf club is a 5 minute drive from the park.  We have two hidden gems as far as a pizza place and a malaysian cafe in own as well!
