FAQ's
We are pet friendly on our sites all year round. We now offer two brand new studios for you and your furry companion, (upon Manager's discretion). Be sure to check out our Pet Policy and entry conditions to guarantee a wonderful stay. When making your reservation, please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pets! Additionally, take advantage of our DIY dog wash and enjoy our spacious Dog Park where your pup can run and play freely.
Where can we ride bikes, scooters etc?
Bikes and scooters are to be used on the roads only. For the safety of all our guests skateboards - (including motorised/electric) e-scooters and electric bikes, rollerskates, ripsticks and the like are not permitted in the park. Please ensure that your children remember to bring their helmet. Footpaths, ramps and stairs are for pedestrians only.
Do you have accessible facilities?
Yes, we have a fully accessible villa available as well as an accessible ensuite in the amenities block. All facilities such as the camp kitchen, amenities block and games room are accessible via ramps.
How does the metered power work?
Our park is equipped with the latest technology, so each of our sites are individually metered. If you require a powered site, from when you check in, to the time you check out your power usage is recorded. At check out your total usage is charged at the exact rate we pay. This way you only pay for what you use, a fairer system for all our sites. Average power usage over 2025 period has been $2.48 per night per site Every set up is different and more people are travelling with electric vehicles; we have had usages ranging from 1c (tent) to $20(vehicle charge) a day.
